Hotel Rooms​​

The group room rate is $279, which is $3 above the government per diem. The group rate is available until Thursday, March 27, 2025, or until the block is full. 

 

​​​Registration 

​CIFA is offering a new registration rate this year. The "Sessions Only" rate, which is available for members and non-members, includes just the plenary sessions on Wednesday, April 23, and doesn't include any meals. Additionally, separate tickets are available for the reception on Wednesday evening.

Payments

• Invoices must be requested by emailing events@cifanet.org with the names of the attendees.

• Payment must be made in advance for planning purposes.

• CIFA doesn’t accept Purchase Orders as payment.

 

Transfers and Cancellations

• Email events@cifanet.org for all transfers and cancellations.

• If the event is cancelled, registration will be fully refunded.

• Registration can be transferred at no cost. Please email events@cifanet.org.

• Registrations that are cancelled before Friday, April 11, will be refunded minus a $50 transaction fee.

• Tickets for the reception on Wednesday are transferable but not refundable.

• Refunds for registrations cancelled after Friday, April 11, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
