Policy Committee
The Policy Committee develops CIFA’s positions on federal legislative and regulatory actions affecting the funding and programmatic implementation of the State Revolving Funds, including federal requirements applicable to SRF programs and borrowers. The Policy Committee Co-Chairs work closely with CIFA staff on an ongoing basis. The Committee meets at least monthly on the first Monday from 1:00 – 2:00 EAST, via Zoom.

Professional Development Committee
The Professional Development Committee supports development and implementation of a comprehensive education and training program for SRF managers and staff. The program includes online and onsite learning opportunities, including the annual SRF Workshop and annual Water Infrastructure Summit. CIFA Staff confers regularly with the Professional Development Co-Chairs, and the Committee meets via Zoom on the first Wednesday of each month from 3:00 – 4:00 EAST.
